Yoga Classes

End the week with the very talented @serenacarteryoga who brings over 7 years of experience and 1000 hours of training to guide you through a Vinyasa and flow style class. All levels are welcome to join us every Friday from 7-8 am. Bring your own yoga mat and $20 cash or card at the door. Let's start our day with some movement and inner peace.
